Zapier, Make and n8n
Status: planned. Zapier comes first, then Make, then n8n. This page will hold install steps and templates as each app opens.
Planned triggers and actions
| Type | Name | When |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | New deadline | GoForma adds a deadline for your company |
| Trigger | Deadline due soon | A deadline is close |
| Trigger | Filing status changed | A return, set of accounts or confirmation statement moves on |
| Trigger | Post received | A letter arrives at your GoForma virtual office |
| Trigger | Request updated | GoForma replies to or closes a request you sent |
| Action | Send a request to GoForma | Opens a request your team handles |
Each app signs in with your GoForma login (OAuth), and only ever sees your own company.
Ideas to start with
- Put every GoForma deadline in Google Calendar or Outlook with a reminder a week before.
- Post a message in Slack or Teams when a letter arrives.
- Keep a row per filing in Notion, Airtable or a Google Sheet, updated as it moves.
Today: use MCP from Make or n8n
Make and n8n both have MCP client modules. Point them at https://tools.goforma.com/mcp for the calculators, or at https://mcp.goforma.com/mcp with OAuth for your own company. See MCP servers.
