# Security and data

## Who sees what

- The public server answers calculator and pricing questions. It holds no client data.
- The client server answers only for the person who signed in, and only for their own company. GoForma checks this on every call, not just at sign-in.
- What you type, and what GoForma returns, goes to your AI provider under their terms. Check their privacy settings, especially whether chats are used for training.

## What the connectors can change

- Reading needs `read`. Figures from FreeAgent need `finance:read`, which you can leave out.
- Anything that acts needs `act`, and every such tool is marked so your assistant confirms with you first.
- Requests go to a person at GoForma. Nothing is filed, paid or changed in FreeAgent.

## Disconnecting

Remove the connector in your assistant's settings. If you think someone else has connected to your account, change your GoForma password and tell us.

## Reporting a problem

Email `info@goforma.com` with "Security" in the subject. Please do not test against other people's accounts.
