# ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open **Settings**, then **Apps and Connectors**.
2. Add a custom connector and paste one of these addresses:
   - Public tools, no account: `https://tools.goforma.com/mcp`
   - Your own company (GoForma clients): `https://mcp.goforma.com/mcp`
3. For the client connector, sign in with your GoForma dashboard email and password when asked.
4. Start a new chat and try a [starter prompt](/ai/prompts/).

Custom connectors depend on your ChatGPT plan and settings, and OpenAI changes these menus from time to time. If you cannot see the option, use Claude or ask us.
